These terms govern access to and use of Flowtide Xperience, a SaaS platform offered to nautical schools, diving centres and professional sports centres to manage their activity, users, operations and related services. The service provider is Javier Ortega Diez, NIF 23059273W, Urb. Opalo 3, bloque 2, 1B, email info@flowtidex.es.

The service is intended mainly for professionals, companies and entities. Plans, prices, taxes, billing frequency and trial conditions are shown during checkout before confirming the order. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed through the payment methods available in WooCommerce, currently Stripe when available.

The school is responsible for the data and content it enters into the platform and must use the service lawfully. Flowtide Xperience may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, security, functional or commercial changes. These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, European Union law.
